Get Your Drains Flowing Again
A slow drain is easy to ignore until the day it stops completely. Grease, soap, hair, food waste, and mineral scale build up inside drain and sewer lines over time, and eventually water has nowhere to go.
We clear clogs in sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, floor drains, and laundry lines, and we clean the main sewer line that carries everything away from your home or building. For heavy buildup, we use high-pressure jetting to scour the inside of the pipe instead of just punching a hole through the clog.
Homeowners, landlords, property managers, and businesses all call us for the same reason: they want the drain fixed, not fixed for a week.
What Our Drain and Sewer Cleaning Includes
-
Diagnosis and an Upfront Price
We find where the blockage is and what is likely causing it, explain it clearly, and confirm the upfront repair price before we start.
-
Drain Clearing
For a clog in a single fixture, we clear the line with a drain snake and get water moving again.
-
Main Sewer Line Cleaning
When several drains back up at once, the problem is usually in the main line. We clear it from the cleanout so the whole system drains again.
-
High-Pressure Sewer and Drain Jetting
Jetting sends a strong stream of water through the pipe to wash away grease, sludge, scale, and debris from the pipe walls. It is the right choice for heavy buildup and clogs that keep coming back.
-
Camera Inspection When the Cause Is Unclear
If a clog keeps returning or something doesn't add up, we can pair cleaning with a video camera inspection to see what is going on inside the line.
-
Cleanup
We clean up the work area when we are done.
What You Get From a Properly Cleaned Line
-
Drains that empty the way they should, without standing water in the tub or sink.
-
Fewer repeat clogs, because buildup is removed from the pipe walls instead of left behind.
-
Less risk of a sewer backup inside your home or business.
-
Fewer bad odors from buildup sitting in the line.
-
A clear answer when cleaning isn't enough. If the line itself is damaged, we will tell you, and we can handle the repair.

Drain Problems We See in Our Area
Mineral-heavy water leaves scale behind, and over time it narrows drain lines and gives grease and debris something to cling to. That is one reason clogs in older homes here tend to come back.
Seasonal homes bring their own trouble. When a house sits empty for months, the water in the drain traps can dry out and let sewer odors into the home. Heavy use can be hard on drains too, like a vacation rental that goes from empty to a full house for a long weekend.
For restaurants and other businesses, grease is the most common cause of slow kitchen drains. Regular cleaning helps keep a small problem from shutting down the kitchen.

What Our Customers Say
Here is what our customers have shared on Google.
4.9 average from 299 Google reviewsDrain and Sewer Cleaning Questions
How much does drain cleaning cost?
Every plumbing job is different, so the price depends on the problem, the parts, and the work involved. We diagnose the problem, explain it clearly, and confirm an upfront repair price before we start.
How do I know if the clog is in my main sewer line?
Watch for more than one drain acting up at once. Water backing up into a tub or shower when you flush a toilet, gurgling sounds from drains, and slow drains in several rooms all point to the main line rather than a single fixture.
What is high-pressure jetting, and is it safe for my pipes?
Jetting uses a strong stream of water to clean the inside of the pipe. It is safe for most lines in good condition. If a line might be damaged, a camera inspection first shows whether jetting is the right choice.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Usually because buildup is still lining the pipe after a quick clearing, or because the pipe itself has a problem like a sag, crack, or break. Jetting removes the buildup, and a camera inspection finds pipe damage.
Should I use a chemical drain cleaner first?
We don't recommend it. The heat from chemical drain cleaners can damage pipes and weaken fittings, and they often clear only a small channel through the clog, so it comes right back. They are also dangerous to handle. If a plunger doesn't fix it, give us a call.
How often should drains be cleaned?
Most homes only need drain cleaning when there is a problem. If you have clogs that keep coming back, or you run a busy commercial kitchen, cleaning on a regular schedule can prevent backups. We can suggest a schedule based on what we find in your line.
How can I prevent clogs?
Keep grease and cooking oil out of kitchen drains, use strainers to catch hair in tubs and showers, and flush only toilet paper. Slow drains are an early warning, so it is easier to deal with one before it stops completely.
Do you clean drains for restaurants and businesses?
Yes. We handle drain and sewer cleaning for commercial properties as well as homes.
