Plumbing Done Right From the Ground Up

The plumbing in a new home goes in early and then disappears behind slabs and walls. Getting it right the first time matters, because fixing it later means tearing into finished work.

We handle full-scope plumbing for new residential construction, custom homes, and large-scale remodels. That includes designing the water supply, drainage, and gas systems, installing the underground and in-wall piping, running gas lines, and setting the final fixtures and appliances.

We work with homeowners building their own custom home, and with builders and general contractors who need a plumbing contractor they can schedule around.

What Our Residential Construction Plumbing Covers

  1. Plan Review and System Design

We work from your architectural plans to design efficient water supply, drainage, and gas systems for the home.

  2. Underground and Below-Slab Plumbing

We install the piping that runs under the slab before the concrete is poured.

  3. Rough-In

During framing, we install the in-wall supply, drain, and vent piping for every fixture and appliance.

  4. Gas Lines

We install new gas lines for furnaces, stoves, tankless water heaters, and other gas appliances.

  5. Water Heaters, Fixtures, and Appliances

At finish, we install the water heater, toilets, sinks, faucets, and key plumbing appliances.

  • Large Remodels

For major remodels, we relocate fixtures, add bathrooms, and replace old supply and drain lines so the new layout works as well as a new build.

  • Code-Focused Installation and Testing

Every stage is installed and tested to code and to meet required municipal inspections.

What You Get

  • Work built to code and ready for required inspections at each stage.

Building a Home in the Desert

Many homes here are built on concrete slabs, so the below-slab plumbing has to be right before the pour. Once the concrete is down, changes get expensive.

Hillside and rocky desert lots can make underground work more demanding, and they call for careful planning of drain slopes and line routes.

Many homes here are second homes or seasonal homes. If yours will sit empty for part of the year, it is worth planning for easy-to-reach shutoff valves and a layout that makes leaks simple to spot and fix.

Our mineral-heavy water is worth planning around too. Choosing the right water heater and making room for maintenance, like tankless descaling, helps a new home's plumbing last.

Residential Construction Questions

How do I get an estimate for a new home or remodel?

Call us at (928) 453-7173 or book a visit online. We will talk through your project, review your plans, and give you an estimate.

When should I bring a plumber into a new build?

As early as you can, ideally while the plans are still being finalized. Plumbing layout affects the slab, the framing, and where fixtures and appliances can go, so early input avoids costly changes later.

What does rough-in plumbing include?

Rough-in is the plumbing installed inside the walls and floors during framing, before drywall goes up. It includes the water supply lines, drain and vent piping, and the connections that fixtures and appliances attach to at finish.

Do you work with builders and general contractors?

Yes. We work with builders, general contractors, and homeowners building custom homes, and we coordinate our work with the rest of the construction schedule.

Do you handle large remodels?

Yes. We handle plumbing for large-scale remodels, including relocating fixtures, adding bathrooms, and replacing old water and drain lines.

Can you move plumbing fixtures during a remodel?

Usually, yes. Moving a sink, toilet, or shower means rerouting supply and drain lines, and on a slab it may mean cutting into the floor. We look at your plans and explain what the move involves.

Do you install gas lines?

Yes. We install new gas lines for furnaces, stoves, tankless water heaters, and other gas appliances.

Can you plumb a new home for a tankless water heater?

Yes. We size the gas line and plan the water heater location so a tankless unit has what it needs from day one.

Does your work meet code and inspection requirements?

Yes. We install and test every stage to code, and our work is built to meet the required municipal inspections.
